2. Eligibility

This data is processed exclusively to provide features such as analytics, dashboards, reports, AI-generated insights, journal functionality, and platform improvements.

5. AI Features

Certain features use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate summaries, analytics, reports, and trading insights.

AI-generated content:

• May contain inaccuracies.
• Is provided for informational purposes only.
• Does not constitute financial advice.
• Should not be relied upon as the sole basis for trading decisions.

You remain solely responsible for every trading decision you make.

TRAGENE Journal offers subscription plans that may include monthly and yearly billing options.

• Other official TRAGENE Journal pages

Available plans, features, and pricing may change from time to time.

Payment is required before access to paid features is granted.

Prices displayed at checkout are the applicable prices at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes, duties, or government charges may be added where required by law.

Failure to complete payment will prevent activation or renewal of paid features.

A refund may only be considered if TRAGENE Journal determines, in its sole discretion, that the Service could not be provided due to a verified technical issue, prolonged server outage, billing error, or other fault directly caused by our systems.

Approval of any refund request is entirely at our discretion after investigation.

Users are responsible for any taxes, duties, or governmental charges applicable under their local laws.

Where required, taxes may be included in or added to the purchase price during checkout.
